I still remember hopping on twitter and seeing Julia Frakes tweeting about Daul and just, gosh it’s still so sad.

i remember i was reading her blog at work that evening, because there were no customers right before closing time - and then when i got home an hour and a half later, it was all over the web that she had passed away. i cried, because i always found so much comfort in her writing. it was as if someone knew how i felt, and was actually able to put it into words.

is it strange to say i miss her?
